ReloadPay Terms and Conditions

To use ReloadPay, you must first submit an application. Only one application can be submitted. By submitting your application, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document and agree to the terms and conditions of our website. Basic Plan Users: You must ensure that your account balance is sufficient to cover your purchase before completing the transaction. Your balance must be reloaded before you can complete a purchase. Payments are prepaid and must be loaded in advance. If your balance is insufficient, you will be prompted to reload your account before completing checkout. Valued Customer Users: As a trusted customer, you may make purchases even if your account balance goes into a negative. You will be expected to reload your account at your earliest convenience to cover the negative balance. The negative balance must be cleared within 30 days. If your negative balance is not cleared within the specified time, your access to ReloadPay may be restricted until your balance is paid. Funds can only be reloaded using USD cash through any carrier that operates in Maryland, USA. All reloads must be sent to the provided business address. You are responsible for paying for postage. No exceptions will be made for postage fees. As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe platform, we may conduct a background check on customers applying to use ReloadPay. If your application is flagged during the verification process, your account may be delayed or denied until further review. By submitting your application, you consent to this background check and agree to provide any additional information required for the review process. All funds added to your account are non-refundable. If there is an issue with a transaction, please contact customer support within 7 days for assistance. Your payment information is secure and will only be used for the purpose of processing your ReloadPay balance. We do not store your card details; all payment processing is handled securely through our third-party partners. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if there are suspicious activities, such as chargebacks, fraud, or misuse of the payment system. If your account is suspended, you will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
